Revived Cape Cod
The Owners desired additional space for family and entertaining. An existing two story addition was repurposed and expanded to provide a second floor Laundry, a Mudroom, larger updated Kitchen and Family Room, and covered rear Patio. Rooms within the original Cape Cod were reconfigured as well to provide a more defined entry, larger Living Room and Dining Room, Powder Room and Workout space.
